Giving your pet the highest level of care.
COVID-19 Policies & Procedures
We would like to thank you for your partnership and the opportunity to continue serving as your preferred veterinary care provider. Together, we have faced many challenges, made many adjustments, and learned how to navigate life in new ways this year. Each step of the way, our dedication to providing the very best in service and care for you and your pets has been our North Star. We are so thankful!
We are very excited to share with you that, beginning on Monday, June 14th, we will be modifying our curbside service protocol. Your safety continues to be of the utmost importance to us, and we will have the following guidelines in place as we take these next steps together:
*Patients with doctor appointments will be able to enter the building with up to two (2) masked adults. The lobby itself will remain closed. Please call upon arrival to check-in and let us know if you would prefer to join your pet in the exam room or remain in your car. Medication, food pickups, tech appointments, and drop-offs will remain curbside at this time.
We are looking forward to being able to open our doors and welcome you in again for in-person visits; we’ve missed you! And we thank you again for your patience and understanding as we continue our work to ensure the smoothest and safest visit possible for you and your pet.

The AAHA Difference
When it comes to caring for your pets, we always give our best effort. We promise to deliver only the highest quality veterinary medicine, and have worked hard to become accredited by the American Animal Hospital Association (AAHA). Being AAHA-accredited means that we adhere to a large number of strict policies and standards in many different areas, including patient care, pain management, customer service, sterilization, and more.
Maintaining our status as an AAHA-accredited animal hospital requires having our facility inspected by an AAHA-certified expert to ensure that we are meeting or exceeding all standards. The most important part of being accredited is that it enables us to give you and your pet the exceptional care you deserve. We are committed to giving our best effort for the pet families in Ocala and surrounding communities.
